The best time to visit Assam for wildlife viewing is from November to April. Kaziranga National Park remains closed from May to October due to monsoon flooding. The winter months (November to February) offer pleasant weather, while March and April provide better wildlife sightings as animals gather around water bodies and the grass is shorter.
